Privacy notice — MWOS FC Trials

Moors World of Sport Football Club (“MWOS FC”) collects the information on this site to organise youth trials. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Player details: name, date of birth, height, weight, positions, preferred foot, club or academy, and an optional highlight video link.
• Contact details for the player and, for under-18s, a parent or guardian.
• Documents: birth certificate, club or academy letter, and medical fitness letter.
• On trial day: a check-in photo, an optional bib number, and coaches' notes and ratings.

Why we collect it

To check eligibility, organise and run the trials, keep players safe, assess players, and contact you about the trial and its outcome. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only authorised MWOS FC staff. Documents and photos are stored privately and every document view is logged.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for 24 months after the trial, then deleted. You can ask us to delete an application sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting MWOS FC through mwosfc.co.zw/contact, quoting your reference number.
